Mason-Dixon Cafe is family owned and operated by husband and wife, Kelly and Nick Hunt. Kelly is the Executive Chef. She was born and raised in downtown Fredericksburg. Her food vision is comfort food with a twist. Almost everything is made from scratch and is always cooked to order.
Nick has a strong customer service background as a former manager for Hope Springs Marina in Stafford, VA. He was born and raised in the Cherry Hill area of South Jersey.
Hence the name…
